Introduction: Clothing as a “Second Skin”
For 30 years, I have faced the fabric, enveloping countless “bodies” in my craft. To me, creating a costume is more than just tailoring.
It is a ritual—a process of crafting a “Second Skin” that bridges the physical reality of an athlete’s body with the ethereal world of music.
My latest work, “Fire & Ice,” is the purest embodiment of this philosophy.
The Concept: Silent Blue and Radiant Red
“Ice” is not a world of frozen silence. It is a state of extreme tension, energy contained within a crystal.
“Fire,” on the other hand, is a symbol of both destruction and the very pulse of life.
What happens when these two opposing elements collide upon the body of a skater?
In this piece, I sought the “equilibrium point” between icy technical precision (Ice) and the irrepressible passion for expression (Fire).
The Filter: 30 Years of Instinctive Design
When I draw a design, my “filter”—honed over three decades—instantly begins its calculations.
“How will this curve of fire reflect the arena lights when the arm is raised?”
“How will these ice-crystal stones amplify the visual speed of a spin?”
Wearable Art exists within the constraints of functionality.
Yet, it is these very constraints that complete the art.
A structure that never hinders movement, a weight reduced to the absolute limit, and a visual intensity that pierces the spectator’s heart from 30 meters away.
My history of responding to every demand has been a “history of translation”—transforming challenges into art.

To the World: The Armor of Identity
I do not merely create “clothes.” I create the armor a skater wears to prove who they are the moment they step onto the ice.
From my atelier in Sapporo, Japan, I will continue to transcend boundaries, creating “Wearable Art” that resonates in rinks across the globe.
