At the Defhiro atelier in Sapporo, we believe that beauty should not be discarded. We took the “offcuts”—the precious fragments left over from our elite figure skating costumes—and breathed new life into them.
The Link to Mastery: Ruffles with a Soul
Using the intricate “Power Net Ruffle” technique , each piece of fabric is hand-sculpted.
What was once a fragment of a skating masterpiece is now a tactile memory you can wear every day.
The delicate ruffles you see on this hoodie are not mere decorations.
They share the exact same DNA as the high-performance costumes we create for world-class athletes.

This is our “Upcycled Wearable Art” line. Because we work with unique offcuts from various costume projects, every hoodie is a “live session” of design.
No two pieces can ever be identical. It is a celebration of Mottainai (the Japanese spirit of not wasting) combined with avant-garde aesthetics.
