スタジオ「Lust」では、思い出の詰まったお洋服や大切なお持ち込み品を新しいかたちへ蘇らせるリメイク・アップサイクルオーダーを承っております。
お客様とトラブルなく安心して制作を進められるよう、ご注文前に以下のステップと注意事項をご確認ください。
At Stadio “Lust,” we offer remake and upcycling services to give new life to your cherished garments. Please review the following order steps and policy guidelines before placing your order.
1. 事前相談・お洋服のご発送 / Consultation & Shipping Garment
公式LINEまたはメールにてリメイクのご要望をお伺いした後、対象のお洋服（または素材）を当アトリエまでお送りいただきます。
【配送について】
アトリエへお送りいただく際の送料につきましては、お客さまにて元払い（ご負担）でのご発送をお願いいたします。
※事前にお洗濯またはクリーニングをお済ませの上、お送りいただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。
After discussing your remake concept via official LINE or email, please send your garment (or materials) to our atelier.
[Shipping Policy]
Clients are kindly requested to cover the shipping cost (prepaid) when sending garments to the atelier.
*Please ensure garments are washed or dry-cleaned prior to shipping.
2. 実物確認・お見積もり・ご契約（100%前金） / Inspection, Quotation & Full Payment (100%)
届いたお洋服の状態（生地の経年劣化、傷、解体可能性など）を確認し、最終的なデザインとお見積もりをご提示いたします。
内容にご納得いただけましたら本契約となり、お見積もり総額の100%（全額前金）のご入金をお願いしております。
ご入金確認後、正式に解体・制作作業を開始いたします。
※ハサミを入れた（解体・裁断）後は元の状態に戻すことができません。作業着手後のキャンセルや返金はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。また、実物確認時に生地の著しい劣化等で加工困難と判断された場合、着払いにてご返送させていただく場合がございます。
We will inspect the garment’s condition and present the final design options alongside a price quotation.
Upon agreement, the contract is formalized. We require 100% full advance payment of the total estimated amount before commencing work.
Production and deconstruction will begin upon confirmation of payment.
*Once cutting or deconstruction has started, the garment cannot be restored to its original state, and cancellations or refunds are not accepted. If a garment is deemed unsuitable for remake during inspection, it will be returned at the client’s expense (cash on delivery).
3. 制作・完成確認（写真）・ご納品 / Production, Final Photo Review & Delivery
アトリエにて解体・縫製・仕上げ作業を行います。
完成後、まずは写真（または動画）をお送りして仕上がりをご確認いただきます。
完成品をご確認いただいた後、丁寧に梱包してご返送いたします。
【配送について】
北海道からの返送となるため、返送時の送料につきましては、お見積もり時に事前に算出するか、着払い（または実費ご請求）にてお客さま負担とさせていただきます。
We will proceed with deconstruction, sewing, and finishing in our atelier.
Upon completion, we will send photos (or videos) for your review.
Once approved, the completed item will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you.

Return shipping costs from Hokkaido will be borne by the client (included in the invoice or shipped cash-on-delivery).
