Order Flow & Policy
アトリエ「Toecross」では、遠方のお客さまであっても安心して理想の衣装を仕立てられるよう、
デザインから納品まで以下のステップに沿って、丁寧にお取引を進めております。
At Atelier “Toecross,” we process each order with the utmost care through the following steps, ensuring that even remote clients can confidently look forward to their ideal costume.
1. デザインのご提案と決定 / Design Proposal & Confirmation
公式LINEまたはメールにて、曲のイメージやご希望のデザイン、採寸データをお伺いします。その後、当アトリエよりデザイン画とお見積もりをご提案いたします。
We will discuss your music concept, preferred design, and measurements via official LINE or email. Based on this, the atelier will present design sketches and a price quotation.
2. ご成約・手付金（50%）のご入金 / Agreement & Deposit (50%)
デザインとお見積もりにご納得いただけましたら、本契約となります。
制作着手のデポジットとして、お見積もり総額の50%（手付金）のご入金をお願いしております。
※手付金のご入金確認後、型紙の制作およびトワル（仮縫い）の制作へと進みます。これ以降のお客さま都合によるキャンセルの場合、手付金のご返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
Once you approve the design and quotation, the contract is formalized. We require a deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount to commence production.
*Pattern making and toile (mock-up garment) production will begin upon confirmation of the deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations made due to client preferences after this point.
3. トワル（仮縫い）によるサイズ確認 / Fitting with Toile (Mock-up)
試作衣装（トワル）をご自宅へ郵送いたします。実際に着用していただき、写真や動画等でフィット感やシルエットの確認（リモート仮縫い）を行います。
【配送について】
北海道からの発送となるため、往路（アトリエ発）の送料実費は最終ご請求時に合算させていただきます。復路（お客さま返送）の送料につきましては、お客さまにて元払い（ご負担）でのご返送をお願いいたします。
A trial garment (toile) will be shipped to your home. You will try it on, and we will check the fit and silhouette remotely via photos or videos.
[Shipping Policy]
As we ship from Hokkaido, the actual outbound shipping cost (from the atelier) will be added to the final invoice. For the return shipment (back to the atelier), clients are kindly requested to cover the shipping fee (prepaid).
4. 本縫い・仕上げ / Production & Finishes
仮縫いのデータを元に、本番の生地の裁断・縫製、ストーンワークなどの装飾を施し、一点ものの wearable art として完成させます。
※本縫い（生地の裁断）に入ってからの急なデザイン変更や、コーチによる後出しの修正要求、プログラム変更等による作り直しが発生する場合は、別途実費および技術料（追加費用）を申し受けます。裁断前に必ずコーチへのご確認をお願いいたします。
Based on the fitting data, we will proceed to cut the actual fabric, sew, and apply embellishments such as stonework to complete your unique piece of wearable art.
*Any sudden design alterations, late modifications requested by coaches, or remakes due to program changes after the final fabric cutting has begun will incur additional material costs and technical fees. Please ensure you obtain final approval from your coach prior to fabric cutting.
5. 残金のお支払い・本製品のご納品 / Final Payment & Delivery
完成した衣装のお写真を確認いただいた後、残金（残りの50% ＋ 往路送料等の諸経費）のご入金をお願いいたします。ご入金確認後、丁寧に梱包して本製品を発送いたします（本製品発送時の送料も最終ご請求に合算となります）。
After reviewing photos of the completed costume, the remaining balance (the final 50% plus outbound shipping fees and other expenses) must be paid. Upon confirmation of payment, the final product will be carefully packaged and shipped (delivery shipping costs will also be included in the final invoice).
